L'appartamento si trova in via Trieste 1 a Padova, in una zona sicura a 20 minuti a piedi dal Portello (10 in bici), 10 a piedi dal centro e 5 dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus, in un condominio molto tranquillo con portineria. È in una buona posizione, vicino anche a diverse fermate di bus e tram. Ci sono, oltre la ragazza con cui dividerai la stanza, altre 3 ragazze in stanze singole, una studentessa e due lavoratrici. La stanza è molto spaziosa, dotata di ampio balcone e il costo di affitto è di 260 + 61 € (per spese condominiali, riscaldamento e acqua). Escluse altre utenze molto contenute, tra cui TARI, luce, gas e wifi di 7 euro a testa al mese.
