Hello everyone. REALLIY IMPORTANT I NEED TO MAKE YOURSELF PRESENTATION AND PERIOD REQUIRED EXPLAINED BEFORE In in the Santo Stefano district, in a 2 rooms house where I live, from 20 of September 2026 I'll rent a SINGLE BED SIDE, in living room, just for short period (from 1 week to usually 2/3/4 months). I'm industrial worker, NO SMOKER, play sport, dance and I like to read and cook: I prefer adult people, worker or students (famale/male), with not less than 4/5 years of experience in common living. The cost of 360€ is referred ful month (30 days), but I can consider period of 1,2,3 weeks with cost of 110€, 200€ and 290€. Utility costs are not included. Maximum perido considered 3/6 months. Daily cost 25€ all included. Initial contect only by e-mail. Must be leave a DEPOSIT (maximum amount a month). In the apartmente where I live, I welcome people fomr every part of the world, but ONLY in common respect. FONDAMENTALE PRIMA LA VOSTRA PRESENTAZIONE ED IL PERIODO RICHIESTO. In quartiere S. Stefano nella casa bilocale dove vivo, dal 20 Settembre 2026 renderò disponibile UN POSTO LETTO SINGOLO in camera di passaggio, SOLO per brevi periodi (solitamente da 1 settimana a 2/3/4 mesi). L' appartamento è composto da 2 camere, più bagno e cucina abitabile; muovendosi a piedi, in 5 minuti si arriva all'Ospedale S. Orsola ed in 2 minuti alle fermate del bus di via S. Stefano e Strada Maggiore. Sono lavoratore in Azienda industriale (dal lunedì al venerdì), NON FUMATORE, pratico sport, ballo e adoro cucinare e leggere: prediligo PERSONE ADULTE, ovvero lavoratrici o lavoratori, od anche studentesse e studenti, con almeno 4/5 anni d'esperienza nella convivenza.
