The room is in a very luminous apartment, it has its own private bathroom and own entrance. The kitchen, full equipped is shared with me (female, 31 years old) already leaving in the apartment. The apartment is at the 5th floor of a typical milanese building in the Navigli area. The apartment is quiet and very cosy. 6-8 moth rent from June the 1rst to end date to discuss. 800€/month + 50€ for electricity, wifi and building expenses, billing might change in accordance to European energy cost variation.
