Ciao a tutt3 Sto subaffittando la mia stanza doppia da agosto/settembre a febbraio per 390€ al mese, tutto incluso. L'appartamento si trova in Via Luigi Tanari. La casa è grande, da poco ristrutturata e la stanza è da condividere con un'altra ragazza, quindi stiamo cercando RAGAZZE. In casa l'atmosfera è armoniosa con cinque ragazze tra studentesse e lavoratrici che vanno molto d'accordo tra loro, non è raro rientrare in casa con un buon odore di dolcetti. Nella stanza, ognuna ha il proprio armadio e la sua scrivania. Ci sono due bagni che permette a tutte di avere il proprio spazio. L'appartamento è dotato di due lavatrici, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, forno, microonde e friggitrice ad aria. Per l'estate in ogni stanza, compresa la cucina, c'è un condizionatore e per l'inverno i termosifoni. La posizione è molto comoda, con la fermata degli autobus C, 29 e 18 proprio sotto casa. Inoltre, siamo a soli 2 minuti dalla Pam Panorama, ad pochi altri minuti dal Pennys e a 15 min dalla LIDL. Per maggiori informazioni o per vedere la casa, non esitate a scrivermi! The flat is spacious, has recently been refurbished, and the room is to be shared with another girl, so we're looking for GIRLS. The atmosphere in the flat is harmonious, with five girls - a mix of students and working women - who get on very well together; it's not unusual to come home to the lovely smell of cakes and biscuits. In the room, everyone has their own wardrobe and desk. There are two bathrooms, allowing everyone to have their own space. The flat is equipped with two washing machines, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, an oven, a microwave and an air fryer.
