James Byron Dean (1931 – 1955) was an American actor, cultural icon, symbol of the disenchantment and social alienation of adolescents of the time, perfectly represented by his most acclaimed film, "Rebel Without a Cause" (1955), in which he plays the role of troubled teenager Jim Stark. The overall shape of this writing instrument is inspired by the knife that James Dean uses in the movie "Rebel Without a Cause". The fine wood cap also reflects the handle of the knife. The pattern on the Ag 925 sterling silver body is inspired by the engraving on the engine of your favorite sports car. The body also bears the engraving of his famous phrase: "Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today." Solo per collezionisti.
