 La soluzione indipendente di cui ti parliamo in questo annuncio, è posta su strada senza uscita, nei pressi della Villa Cento Pini, esattamente in Via Antonio Serbati Rosmini e si completa di un box auto di 20mq.
Una volta fatto accesso mediante il portone principale, tre rampe di scale ci portano al primo livello composto da: ampio soggiorno con balcone ed un disimpegno che porta alle tre camere da letto ed ai due bagni. Proseguendo le scale, con altre due rampe saliamo in cucina che è al livello con il terrazzo abitabile. Questo ampio vano di circa 37mq è attualmente in uso anche per la zona lavanderia.
