Il canone è di 370€ + 45 euro di spese fisse (luce, acqua, gas, condominio, ad eccezione di tari e internet da pagare a parte). Rinnovo annuale del contratto (a settembre), caparra 600€, spese di registro 67€ + prima mensilità. Zona molto fornita. Linee autobus: 11, 19, 25, 27, 39, 101. Stazione Mazzini a 5 minuti a piedi, Lunetta Gamberini a 2 minuti. Supermercati vicini: Conad, Pam, In's.
