Ciao a tutti, Da Gennaio si libera un posto in un'ampia doppia, in una traversa di Piazza Verdi: posizione super comoda per raggingere tutte le facoltà e servitissima (supermercati, bar, mezzi). La stanza è da condividere con una ragazza, quindi l'annuncio è rivolto a studentesse/lavoratrici. L'affitto è di 400€ al mese (spese escluse, ma contenute). Le conquiline sono tranquille e simpatiche, ci si va d'accordo molto facilmente. Hi everyone, from January, a spot will be avaiable in a spacious double room, just off Piazza Verdi - super convenient for all facoulties and in a well-serverd area (supermarkets, bars, public transport) The room is shared with a girl, so the ad is mainly for femal students/workers. The rent is €400/month (utilities not included, but they are affordable). The apartment is shared with two other friendly, easy-going flatmantes which makes for a really nice atmosphere.
