My friend Rajib is Male, Indian. He works at ISMN - CNR, as a Researcher. There is a room for single use in a two bedroom apartment in the Bolognina area (precisely at Via Francesca Edera de Giovanni) that will be available from around 1st / 2nd week of March. One room is occupied by him. The apartment is on the third floor and without an elevator, 76 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, living room, balcony, security door, double glazing, air conditioning, communal courtyard with parking available, and a cellar suitable for bicycles. The apartment is fully furnished. The cost for the room is € 380 per month + €100 per month for expenses, which will then be subject to adjustment. The contract is at an agreed rent, for a term of 3 years + 2 years, starting from September 1, 2024 and the new person takes over this contract. If interested please let me know.
