"When We Were Very Young" by A.A. Milne. It is a collection of illustrated rhyming stories, featuring the original illustrations by E.H. Shepard, and marks the first appearance of Winnie the Pooh in the story "Teddy Bear." This is the 26th edition overall and the second printing of the cheaper edition (1934). The book is in good condition. Fading on the spine, inside there are some signs of age and wear and some foxing, but the book remains perfectly readable and the illustrations are clean. Inscriptions on the first blank pages (see photo). I am selling other vintage books!
