The Street Milano Duomo is a luxury 4-star boutique hotel located just a few steps from Piazza del Duomo and currently ranked among the top hotels in Milan on TripAdvisor. We are looking for a motivated and guest-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team and deliver an exceptional and personalized hospitality experience. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests before and during their stay, managing reservations and guest requests, providing recommendations for restaurants, activities and transportation in Milan, replying to online reviews, and ensuring high service quality standards throughout the guest experience. The candidate will also support the Front Office Manager with daily operations, coordination with housekeeping, and basic revenue management activities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills, a professional and positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Fluency in English and Italian is required, together with an additional language. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is essential.
