Stunning large pair of vintage African Ogboni Yoruba tribal Bronze fertility figures/staffs, Nigeria, c MID 1900 . Cast in the traditional lost wax method ,the quality of the casting  is great and the figures are beautifully composed and decorated. These are a proper matched male and female pair and they have aged beautifully with good colour / patina age.  the imperfections on the items as a product of the original casting process. Description:

Pair of bronze sculptures made using the lost-wax casting technique, depicting seated figures with features typical of the Yoruba culture and the Ogboni secret society, originally from Nigeria.

Each figure stands approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) tall and wears a conical headdress and ritual necklaces. One holds its hands together, while the other displays pendants and traditional elements. Such pieces were commonly used as ancestral reliquaries, ritual symbols, or signs of spiritual authority in traditional West African societies.
Condition: Good, with natural aging patina. Handmade craftsmanship. Likely origin: Nigeria mid 1900

Questo F-14 Tomcat è dell' "Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Four" o VX-4, un'unità di valutazione speciale della US Navy in scala 1:48. Con base a NAS Point Mugu nel 1985, l'aereo era pilotato dal capitano Moon Vance. Rifinito con una speciale verniciatura mimetica nera lucida della US Navy e soprannominato "Black Bunny", l'aereo presentava un motivo con un coniglietto di Playboy sulla coda.
Un modello in metallo pressofuso pesante e consistente con alcune parti in plastica. Lunghezza 40 cm.
Questi pezzi più grandi della Franklin Mint stanno diventando difficili da trovare ultimamente, questo in particolare; sono davvero spettacolari quando esposti e potrebbero rappresentare un bel regalo per un appassionato di aviazione. Il modello è molto difficile da trovare a questo prezzo.
Nel complesso, buone condizioni di pulizia. Usura della vernice minima. Ottimo materiale di qualità pesante.
I difetti sono così..
Manca qualche ruota di atterraggio.
Credo che manchino entrambi i missili su ciascun lato della parte inferiore dell'ala. Condizioni come da foto, non c'è la scatola originale.

This F-14 Tomcat is from  'Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Four' or VX-4, a special US Navy evaluation unit in scale 1:48. Based at NAS Point Mugu in 1985 the aircraft was piloted by Captain Moon Vance. Finished in a special US Navy all gloss black camouflage trial paint job and nicknamed 'Black Bunny', the aircraft featured a Playboy bunny motif on the tail.
A substantial and heavy weight die cast metal model with some plastic parts. 40 cm Long. 15,74" inches.
These larger Franklin Mint pieces are getting hard to find now, this one particularly so, they look very impressive when displayed and would be a nice gift for an aviation enthusiast. Overall nice clean condition.
