L'album in oggetto è di una rarità unica. Si tratta della versione promo dell'album capolavoro del chitarrista dei Red Hot Chili Peppers, fornita in anticipo per giornalisti e stampa (press). Infatti l'album uscirà l'anno dopo, nel 2004. L'album in oggetto è la copia numero 33116 per il signor S.L., come si può vedere dalle foto.
La Warner in quegli anni forniva pochissime copie delle nuove uscite alla stampa ed ogni copia aveva un numero di serie e addirittura il nome del destinatario. Tutto ciò dimostra ancora una volta il super valore del disco in oggetto. Il disco si presenta con il foglio con i brani dell'album e con busta di plastica trasparente. 
Il disco presenta alcuni segni di utilizzo, ma è in ottime condizioni. 
Un pezzo per collezionisti e intenditori.
