The approximately 35 square meter studio is suitable for a single person or a couple and features a small separate kitchenette (with a two-burner stove, microwave, and small refrigerator) and a bathroom with a shower (no bidet). A/C, independent heating, NO washing machine. Price: €1.000, plus €100 for Wi-Fi, garbage collection, and condominium fees. A mandatory cleaning of the studio is required every 15 days and will be performed by a trusted person of the owner at a cost of €20.
