San Giovani / Latino / Re di Roma area 1 minute walk to the Metro Line A - Ponte Lungo 8 minute walk to the Train Station - Tuscolana 30 second walk to the Bus 87 10 minute walk to Caffarella Park The Apartment is 2 Bed / 2 Bath: It's a little older, but nice, large, clean + a lot of light 2 Bedrooms (One will be available) 2 Bathrooms Large living room Large kitchen with balcony (The stove and fridge are Italian size) No air conditioning. Available around NOVEMBER 1st. 600 / month + Bills which are AROUND 100-110 / month The owner (who is Italian) asks for 2 months deposit, BUT... you might be able to negotiate. (*This is between you and the owner.) They ask a 4 year contact, but you can negotiate. No short-short term. (*This is also between you and the owner.) PREFERENCES + IDEALS No-smoking even on the balcony (outside of the home is your thing) Gender and Age is NOT important Honest + Open-minded. NO HATE will be tolerated. Clean + Organized IS important please: no messy clutter, hoarders or compulsive buyers Being a Thinking + Responsible ADULT is also VERY important Courteous, Respectable, Insightful + Respectful *Social + Friendly in other words: you participate in 'real life' engage with 'in-person' conversations active, inclusive + helpful not a party bunker, but not a library either If you PRACTICE arts... awesome!
