CHEF DE RANG We're Hiring! We are currently looking for a talented Chef de Rang to join our Opening Team at Palazzo Morrocchi Florence - A Stanley Collection Hotel. Be part of something extraordinary from the very beginning. Palazzo Morrocchi by Stanley Collection, a new 5-star hotel in the heart of Florence, is opening its doors in November 2025 -- and we're building a passionate and professional team to bring this iconic property to life. As a Chef de Rang, you will be a key figure in our restaurant's front-of-house team, delivering refined and attentive service that reflects the elegance and warmth of our hotel. With precision, charm, and deep knowledge of food and wine, you will guide guests through their dining experience and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.
