Privato vende collezione di antichi dipinti di monaci tibetani su tela in cotone del XVIII secolo. Acquistati 50 anni fa ed ora non più reperibili sul libero mercato e oggi praticamente introvabili a causa del mercato cinese che ne ha fatto incetta. ! Possibile acquistare l'intera collezione. Un sicuro investimento. Possono presentare piccole imperfezioni dovute al tempo ed alla loro antichità. I would like to anticipate that my collection of thangkas, was done over 50 years ago while I was living in Asia. When possible it was meant to keep away from conventional standards of official artistic guidelines, imposed by fixed images, reproduced without any freedom for the artist, but to concentrate on artwork that expressed the creativity of the painter in his uniqueness and style. Each of my pieces had to mostly express the sensitivity of its creator that sometimes in its simplicity and/or creativity would just prefer to use a "basic" representation of the values associated with a figure or symbol that would not distract from prayer or meditation. Even though sometime you may recognize subjects very common and already seen elsewhere these thangkas are probably some of the oldest and most unique. Looking at the back of each of them you will see its age, originality and uniqueness. Cracks, thinning of the canvas, cuts and other apparent faults never stopped me from valuing that artwork for what it gave to myself. Whenever I could, I would purchase primitive religious hieroglyphs coming from a cave in time. Enjoy. Namastè
