Ex-libris alla sguardia anteriore dei volumi; spellature alle legature in mezza pelle con piatti marmorizzati , titolo e filetti oro al dorso; tagli colorati; internamente ottimo, fresco esemplare, appartenuto a un membro della famiglia di James Fenimore Cooper, l'Autore de 'L'ultimo dei Mohicani', che visse a Firenze fra il 1828 e il 1829. Probabilmente, a giudicare dalla firma presente su tutti e cinque i volumi, a Charlotte Fenimore Cooper, figlia dello scrittore e sua traduttrice. Ex-libris to the front flyleaf of the volumes; spell-staining to half-leather bindings with marbled plates , title and gilt fillets to spine; stained cuts; internally very good, fresh copy, owned by a member of the family of James Fenimore Cooper, the Author of 'The Last of the Mohicans,' who lived in Florence between 1828 and 1829. Probably, judging by the signature on all five volumes, to Charlotte Fenimore Cooper, the writer's daughter and his translator.
