As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a Luxury Real Estate Consultant / Coordinator to join our Porto Cervo office and become a key player in the development of our Costa Smeralda presence. You will work with iconic villas, exclusive properties and elite international clients, representing a brand that stands for refined taste, attention to detail and uncompromising quality. Your Mission: Build and manage long-term relationships with international luxury clients Promote, sell and rent exceptional high-end properties. Coordinate private viewings, negotiations and tailor-made client experiences Act as a strategic link between owners, buyers and the internal team Deliver a seamless, bespoke service in line with true boutique luxury standards Who We're Looking For: University degree Fluent English required (additional languages highly appreciated) Refined communication style and strong commercial attitude Passion for luxury, real estate and exclusive lifestyle environments Impeccable presentation, professionalism and attention to detail Ambitious, driven and results-oriented mindset What We Offer: €2,000 fixed compensation + attractive commissions Freelance collaboration (VAT number required) The opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding boutique luxury brand Prestigious working environment in Porto Cervo, with brand presence in Milan and Madonna di Campiglio.
