With modern woodwork technology, the guitar builders at Ibanez managed to reproduce the old bracing techniques and they constructed this AW370ECE-NT, a guitar with traditional features, equipped with modern adjustments and functions. Ibanez Artwood AW370ECE-NT: cedar top The Ibanez AW370ECE-NT has a top made of solid cedar, a wood type that produces a warm, sultry sound with sweet trebles. The sides and back are made of solid rosewood which is a kind of wood that produces more bass and trebles than the common mahogany and less mids. Rosewood is also quite popular because of its beautiful dark colour with discernible grain. The bridge and fretboard of this electro-acoustic western guitar are also made of rosewood and the neck is made of mahogany. Because the body has a cutaway, reaching the higher notes is easy.
