Rif:211955_a (127960330) - Pleasant and welcoming apartment of approximately 50 sqm, located on the first floor of a nice building in one of the city's most exclusive residential areas: close to Sant'Orsola Hospital and to the historic center. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The entrance leads directly into the apartment's living room, complete with an open-plan kitchen. The relaxation area features a French-size sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining table with seating, and a console table with a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen extends along one wall; it's modern and functional. It offers all the amenities, including an electric oven, electric kettle, and a large, column-style refrigerator. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and guests have also access to a double-door wardrobe. Facilities: - ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi - TV - Column refrigerator, also ideal for medium-term stays - Electric kettle - Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board - Heating Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4 - € 7 per adult, per night, calculated according to the value of the booking). This tax is applied only on the first 5 nights. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 100 is included per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference.
