In one of the most beautiful and historic villages in Calabria, among the few Waldensian settlements in the province of Cosenza, between the Sila and the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza, a private individual offers for sale a house on two levels, approximately 167 m2 (approx. 75 m2 on the ground floor and 92 m2 on the first floor).
