Per trasferimento VENDO 

Tra Castellina Marittima e Chianni, a due passi dalle Cascate del Ghiaccione, in una parte di Toscana ancora incontaminata, si vende 1 ettaro (10.000mq) di bosco con piccolo rudere in pietra accatastato come collabente destinato ad uso ricovero attrezzi di 16mq. Parte del materiale per la ricostruzione è già presente in loco. 
Attualmente, per soggiornare è presente una piccola baita in legno con stufa a legna in terracotta.

Accesso in tutta la proprietà preferibilmente con 4x4 ma possibile anche con auto normale (causa pendenza dipende da condizioni del terreno, pioggia ecc). Altrimenti parcheggio su strada provinciale a 100m a piedi dall'entrata del terreno. La parte di terreno che non si sviluppa in piano è terrazzata.

Il terreno era un antico vigneto, al momento sussiste una piccola parte destinata ad uliveto con circa 25 ulivi giovani ma produttivi, vari alberi da frutto tra cui mandorli, peri, meli, noci. Una zona adibita ad orto. Per la maggiorparte il bosco rimane vergine con perlopiù lecci, querce e biancospini.
Non vi è nè corrente nè acqua, volendo, l'allaccio è a circa 200m. Ci sono varie cisterne per il recupero dell'acqua piovana e tubi interrati per la raccolta.

È indicato a chi vuole avere un piccolo rifugio nel bosco, un'oasi in mezzo alla natura in cui poter avere un orto e raccogliere olive e altri frutti in modo sostenibile e senza sfruttamento. Eventualmente sarebbe perfetto anche per apicoltura.
Per favore solo persone serie, no a curiosoni e sognatori. Prezzo trattabile.
