Room Division Manager | Hotel Manager Manager alberghiera sarda, con ventennale esperienza internazionale in strutture 4-5 stelle (IT-FR-DE-CH) Specializzata in Room Division, Front Office, startup alberghieri e gestione operativa completa. Esperienza diretta come capo ricevimento, vicedirettrice e direttrice, con forte orientamento a risultati, qualità e leadership dei team. Attualmente sono in Svizzera per stagione invernale ed in vista della primavera cerco sin d' ora su Cagliari - Capoterra- Pula - Santa Margherita di Pula. Vorrei relazionarmi con seri imprenditori alberghieri. Astenersi perditempo e privi del suddetto requisito fondamentale. Strong background in Room Division, Front Office Management and hotel start-ups, with hands-on experience as Assistant Director, Head of Reception and Hotel Manager. Recognized for operational leadership, problem-solving, team coordination and full operational coverage of hotel activities. Used to working in complex environments, change management and high-responsibility roles. Currently open to opportunities as Room Division Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
