Company Description Orange To Tech SRLS is an Italy-based company headquartered in Turin, with operations in Milan and Genova. The company focuses on the integration of technology, medical devices, and real-world applications, combining European clinical resources with international product development capabilities. Currently, the company is building a cross-border innovation project (Italy × China) in the field of pelvic floor rehabilitation, leveraging advanced technologies such as EMG, EMS, and AI-driven systems. The project is developed in collaboration with research and academic environments connected to Politecnico di Torino, along with a network of European physiotherapists, aiming to develop next-generation rehabilitation solutions. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Project Manager / Coordinator (Medical-Tech) based in Turin (preferred) or Milan, Italy. This is a hands-on execution role, working directly with the founder, responsible for coordinating cross-border projects between R&D, clinical, and international teams. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, reporting, and coordination, ensuring alignment across: R&D and academic partners Clinical partners (physiotherapists across Europe) Internal stakeholders (international team, including China) The role requires strong ownership in keeping projects structured, on track, and moving forward. Responsibilities Coordinate ongoing R&D and collaboration projects and participate in technical meetings Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across partners Prepare structured reports and updates for international stakeholders Summarize complex technical discussions into clear, actionable insights Conduct market and competitor research in the European medical/rehab space Support patent searches and scientific literature review Coordinate with physiotherapists for feedback and clinical alignment
