Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2022; original furniture from the 1970s has been refurbished and modernized to be placed side by side with more modern and colorful elements. For the floors, it was chosen to keep the original marbles, which blend well with the sage color of the furnishings and which allow to highlight the darker green of doors and windows. In this way, an extremely trendy style with a marked vintage taste has been created, capable not only of ensuring guests a pleasant stay in a refined setting, but also of spoiling them with all the most modern comforts. The heating is centralized throughout the building; air conditioning is present in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms, while in the study there is a fan. As soon as you enter the house, you can store your coats in the spacious entrance which, on one side opens towards the living area, on the other leads to the corridor where the bedrooms are located. In the living room you will see a beautiful wooden bookcase, next to which there is a single sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) and a coffee table made of glass. In front of the relaxation area, above the piano (not working), the Smart TV hangs, with which you can connect to internet. The open kitchen develops on the side of the living room.
